We are a specialist private transfer taxi service, ground transportation if you will, we provide travellers with a vehicle and a driver to transport them to or from Spanish Airports, Seaports, Barcelona Hotels or any other national destination. This is NOT a shared service the vehicle is for your sole use.
What type of service do you provide?
Tell us where and when you want to go, and we will get you there. We have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite and helpful licensed drivers.
How easy is it to book a car with you?
Very! All you do is tell us: How many passengers and luggage you have. It's done!!! Its as easy as one, two, three !!!
How long have you been providing a private transfer service?
Our management team between them has over 7 years of experience in passenger logistics. Our aim to provide a service that is second to none. Our drivers are licence and approved by Metropolitan Taxi Institut of Barcelona.
What area do you cover?
We can provide service in most parts of Spain, but if for any reason we can't we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can.

The Airports of Barcelona, Reus and Girona, with a meet and greet service.
What type of vehicles do you have?

How can I pay for this service?
Yo can pay via PayPal or Bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards as payment.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes you can.
What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched. Anyway, the price incudes 3 hours of waiting time.
Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?
The Meeting Point is stated in the email confirmation, but Generally it is in the Drivers waiting area in the arrivals lounge.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
Call our 24hr support line on 0034 650 428 577 quoting your transfer order reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.
Is your company licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Spanish Laws.
Are your prices per car or per person?
We do NOT provide a shared service. Our vehicles are sole use vehicles, our prices are per vehicle. Please see Vehicle capacity for further details.
How early do I need to book my car?
We can provide service within 12 hours sometimes, but the earlier you book the better, 24 hours would be recommended.
Do I have to book online. I would like to speak to someone?
Our online booking process is clear and easy to understand. But if you preffer to speak to one of our agents you can make a booking on the phone via our reservations line on: +34 902105052.
Do you guarantee money back, compensation or refunds?
Yes, if we are unable to supply the promised service you will receive your money back or compensation. If there is no driver waiting for you, please contact us ASAP so that we can remedy the situation.
Do you offer other transport routes besides airport routes?
We will take you anywhere you like. Please send us an email for an exact price quote.
Can I make a booking if the party consists of more than 8 passengers?
We can cater for any number of passengers 1 - 500 or even more if necessary, please contact us to comment all details of your event or journey and we'll respond you very soon.
Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes we provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day and there is no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time we levy a extra charge is at the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Can I have a receipt?
Please ask our driver.If you tell us in advance we can also prepare for you a tax invoice (mostly for business and corporate customers).
Do I need to pay in advance?
You can pay in advance by PayPal or !!!!!!! ----- where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel the booking till 24 hours before your flight was sheaduled.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as posible on +34 650 428 577 . We will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have despatch a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
What if I miss my flight?
Contact us as soon as posible on +34 650 428 577 . We will have monitored the flight as a result we will have despatch a driver. If you fail to inform us and the driver is despatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full "No Show" charge. If however you inform us prior to the despatch of the driver we will place your transfer order on HOLD for 24 hours during which you are able to re-book at no extra charge.
What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?
Contact us as soon as posible on +34 650 428 577 . We will not despatch the driver to the other airport until you or the passenger have authorised us to do so. Additional mileage charges may be levied.
